How to Upgrade, Downgrade, or Cancel your account
Managing your account is essential for ensuring that you have the right plan that fits your needs. Whether you want to upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your account, this guide will walk you through the steps.

Upgrading Your Account

Log In to Your Account: Start by logging into your Soul Machines Studio account on our website or clicking this link.
Navigate to Account & Team: Go to the Account & Team page, found in the top right corner of the page under the gear icon.
Upgrade
For users on Basic & Plus plans: Select “Upgrade Plan”. This will load a Stripe-hosted billing portal, where you can upgrade to another plan.
For users on the Free plan: Choose “Upgrade Subscription”. This will show the available plans for you to select.
For users on the Pro plan: Please contact sales@soulmachines.com to discuss your options.
Choose Your New Plan: Review the available plans and select the one that best suits your needs.
Confirm Your Upgrade: Follow the prompts to confirm your upgrade. You may need to enter payment information if the new plan has a different cost.
Receive Confirmation: After completing the process, you will receive a confirmation email regarding your upgrade.
Downgrading Your Account
Please submit our support form indicating you wish to downgrade
Canceling Your Account
Log In to Your Account: Start by logging into your Soul Machines Studio account on our website or clicking this link.
Navigate to Account & Team: Go to the Account & Team page, found in the top right corner of the page under the gear icon.
Select Cancel Account.
Follow the Cancellation Process: Follow the prompts to complete the cancellation process. Please provide a reason for cancellation, as this helps us improve and refine our product.
Confirm Cancellation: You should receive a confirmation email indicating that your account has been canceled.
Updating Billing Information, Viewing Receipts
Log In to Your Account: Start by logging into your Soul Machines Studio account on our website or clicking this link.
Navigate to Account & Team: Go to the Account & Team page, found in the top right corner of the page under the gear icon.
Choose “Manage Subscription”. Here you can update credit card details and see past receipts.
Important Notes
Billing Cycle: When upgrading or downgrading, be aware of your billing cycle, as changes may take effect at the start of the next billing period. Upgrades are processed instantly, and downgrades come into effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
Data Retention: If you wish to have all your account data deleted, please submit a ticket indicating your account name and associated email address.
