The Kore.ai is an AI-powered, enterprise, end-to-end platform that designs, builds, trains, analyzes, and manages AI-powered virtual assistants. The following section details the minimal steps to integrate with Kore AI.

Creating Kore AI Bot

  1. Register an account with Kore AI

  2. Create a New bot

  3. Create an App for your bot (under the Deploy tab)

     

  4. Add relevant API scopes to your app

     

  5. Add a Webhook channel to your app

     

  6. Publish the app

     

Connecting Kore AI Bot to your Digital Person

Choose Kore AI NLP from the Manage Conversations and Skills section of Digital DNA Studio. Refer to Creating a Project | 3. Connect conversation and add skills for detailed instructions on adding an NLP and skills to your project.

You'll need to configure botID, clientID, and clientSecret, you can find these in the Manage Apps section of the App you created in step 3 above:
