IBM Watson Assistant (Classic)
This section describes how you can configure your Digital Person to use a corpus implemented with IBM Watson Assistant (classic) via the Digital DNA Studio. Before doing this, you will need to build a Dialog Skill using the IBM Watson Assistant tool. The Digital Person Server connects to your IBM Watson Assistant Dialog Skill to provide conversational content and dynamic data during its interaction with your end-users.
Note: Our support is limited to IBM Watson Assistant's Dialog Skill.
Download Credentials File
Open the Resource list.
Select an existing Watson Assistant resource under Services and software.
Select the Service credentials option on the left.
Select New Credential on the right.
Provide a Name for the new credential.
Select Manager as the role.
Click Add.
For the newly added credential, click the copy icon to the right.
Copy and save the credential locally as a JSON file.
Upload the file into Digital DNA Studio. The preview with the blue and green colored bar appears if the credential is validated successfully.
From the dropdown that appears, choose the Watson Assistant Dialog Skill you would like to use for the project.
