The wake word skill allows you to set up a phrase that will trigger the Digital Person to begin participating in the conversation and act on the user's request. This request will be forwarded to the appropriate Skill for processing. When used together with the Event Scheduling Skill the Wake Word skill is very useful.
When a Digital Person is in a Microsoft Teams meeting they treat everything they hear like a request, resulting in interruptions. Wake words allow them to respond to requests only if they are directed to them, otherwise, they remain in the background.
Provide the following information in the Wake Word Skill configuration screen in Digital DNA Studio. See Adding Skills to your Digital Person for detailed instructions:
