What is Digital CXO
Customer experience is one of the primary goals of the Digital Chief Experience Officer (CXO). The Digital CXO collects data from the users in an empathetic and personalized manner, enabling you to turn feedback into action. The Digital CXO role consists mainly of a survey that is launched once the session begins.
You do not need an NLP platform integration to use the Digital CXO.

Customising the Digital CXO
Edit the Google Form Survey Skill
The template is configured with a short survey asking about the user’s experience on our website. You may want to create your own survey questions to suit your use case. Use Google Forms to create a survey questionniare, refer to Creating a Google Form to learn about the supported question types and settings required on Google From. Once your survey is ready, link your Google From to the Google Form Survey Skill using the Google Form ID.
Navigate to the Manage Conversation and Skills section. Click the 3 dots against the Google Forms Survey (Base Corpus) and choose Show Details.
This will open the skill configuration screen enabling you to change the google From ID and configure the introductory text the Digital Person speaks before the survey is launched. Click Enable as base to save.
Optional Customisations
It is always possible to modify the project configuration to suit your needs. Here’s what you can do to enhance the Digital Greeter:
Create your own unique Digital Person with custom clothing and a name badge
Choose a voice and accent that resonates with the target audience
Choose the Behavior Style that will bring out their personality
Edit the speech hints to accommodate the terms and phrases specific to your use case
Control and fine-tune the behavior of your Digital Person
Customise the position of the Digital Person on the widget
Embedding the DCXO into your website
Once you are satisfied with your Digital CXO Deploy your project. The next step is to integrate your Digital Person into your existing website and leverage your existing web content.
