The following section details the minimal steps to get integration with Kore AI working via the Kore AI NLP skill.

  1. Register an account with Kore AI

  2. Create a New bot

  3. Create an App for your bot (under the Deploy tab)

  4. Add relevant API scopes to your app

  5. Add a Webhook channel to your app

  6. Publish the app

  7. Add the Kore AI NLP skill and configure it in Digital DNA Studio.

You'll need to configure botID, clientID, and clientSecret, you can find these in the Manage Apps section of the App you created in step 3:
