Updates to the HumanOS, the operating system behind Soul Machines Digital People are released on a quarterly basis. For Development environments, you will receive Release Notes about the update 48 hours prior to the scheduled push, enabling you time to opt-out if needed (please coordinate said opt-out with your Soul Machines technical resource). For Production environments, all updates are manually done by the Soul Machines Engineering teams, which require prior approval from your team.


All software updates are thoroughly quality assured across major web browsers and computer formats (desktop, mobile, tablet, etc.) prior to release.


Occasionally, additional bug fixes and security updates are necessary. Most production software updates can be rolled out incrementally with zero downtime.

The Soul Machines Digital DNA Studio authoring tool enables you to deploy a Digital Person that can be accessed from the web, using the latest version of the following supported browsers:

  • Chrome (Mac and Windows)

  • Firefox (Mac and Windows)
