Searching for your Project
All projects in Digital DNA Studio can be accessed from the Dashboard, whether they are drafts or deployed. Depending on your role, you may be able to view all the projects created in the organization or only your projects. Projects can then be sorted by age (determined by the last edited project) and alphabetical order.
If you have an Editor role you can only view projects created by you. With an Organization Owner or Support role, you can view and perform project actions on your own projects as well as those created by others in your organization by clicking the Created by Anyone toggle.

Project Actions from Dashboard
Edit - Opens the project editor page allowing further modifications.
Launch - Opens the experience in a new tab in your browser.
Deploy - Applies the changes made to the project and redirects to the Project Management once done.
Copy URL - Copies the URL of the experience to distribute to end-users.
Duplicate - Creates a new project with the name chosen with all settings copied from the selected project.
Delete - Removes the project and cannot be undone.
Create Video Assets - Allows you to record and download scripted videos of your Digital Person.

Viewing Project Details
The Open option takes you to the Project Management page where you can manage the project with additional settings as described below:

1 | Project Details. Displays the Project Name, Project Label and the NLP software platform used to build and manage the dynamic data and conversational content for your Digital Person. Additionally, the information on the user who created and last edited the project is displayed here, along with the time stamp. | ||

This field also indicates if your new Digital Person or the changes you have made to an existing DP has not yet been deployed. You can also copy the link or launch the deployed project from this field, to start using your Digital Person. | ||

The Key Name and Private Key is a pair of password-like keys which your project uses to verify requests to connect to your session server.
These three values are provided by DDNA Studio and used when you are signing your JWT to authorize a connection to the Digital Person. | ||

Editing a Project
Digital DNA Studio allows project editing between users with permissions to edit the same project. That is, users with the Organization Owner (or Support) role and Editor role can edit the same project simultaneously. The following describes the steps for editing a project:
Navigate to the Dashboard and find your project.
Click OPEN inside the project tile to open the Project Management page and then click EDIT to view the current settings for the project.
Make your edits and save your progress along the way.
You will be notified in the edit project screen if the project has been edited by another user. This is in order to prevent the project from losing the changes made by another user on the project. Click Reload to reload the project with the most recent changes.

4. Save your project to save your changes. Saving does not deploy your changes to your Digital Person Interaction.
5. Deploy your project to put these changes into effect.
If you changed the name, the name of the project is updated.
If you change your Digital Person avatar, the thumbnail on the Dashboard is updated.
If you change the language or the UI, it is always good to perform a test to ensure that everything is working as expected.
If you have changed the personality tags, don’t forget to save your changes frequently. You’ll need to redeploy to apply the changes to your project.
Recording DP Videos
The Create Video Assets option on the Project Management page allows you to generate and download videos of the Digital Person delivering a custom script. To create the video, simply enter your desired script into the provided text box and press the "Generate Video" button. With Real-Time Gesturing enabled, the Digital Persons display emotionally appropriate gesturing and behavior to their speech in real-time. Additionally, you can take advantage of the Gesture Markup hashtags to fine-tune the behavior.
Once you have generated a video, you can play it back and pause it for review. You can iterate on the script and update the video if necessary. Once you are satisfied with the outcome, download it for sharing on the social media platform of your choice.

Viewing Project Insights
Digital DNA Studio provides an Interaction Insights tool that enables you to monitor and track the performance of your Digital Person project. This built-in tool enables you to graphically view and analyze historical data that can help you understand how your project is progressing and enables you to identify interaction areas that require improvement.
